New gym!!

As most of you know we have been working very hard on our new gym. Well the time has come we will be moving on Saturday February 21st. We are going to cancel classes on that day so that we can get everything moved over to our new location at 400 Bailey Rd. in Crystal city. If you are free and available to come help I ask that you please do so. This means our Sunday open gym will be at the new building and our normal classes will resume on Monday at the new place. Since we have had to cancel class on Saturday we will have a wod during open gym if anyone would like to do it. We appreciate all of your help and can’t wait for this next step in our journey and love that we get to share it with all of you!

Due to the weather forecast we will not be having any a.m. classes sorry for the inconvenience. We will keep an eye out on road conditions and let you know if we are going to add a midday class or have evening classes. Thank you!
The wod is 100 push-ups 100 sit ups 100 Tuck jumps. You can split up the reps however you would like.
