Friday: 5am-6am, 4pm-5pm, (5pm-7pm if a judge is available it can be done with the classes.)
We are also doing the open workouts as Friday’s WOD so if there is a judge available you can do it with the class, and there should be a judge available during both class times. If you cannot make it at these times please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
We are going to be changing our schedule it is going to take effect on Monday February 22nd. We are getting rid of our Sunday open gym and our Tuesday and Thursday 7 PM barbell class. Since we are getting rid of those class times we are going to add a 4 PM open gym Monday through Friday. If you have any questions please let me know.
